Make Your Mark as a Production Operator! ➤

Employees in this role operate, and maintain machinery that produces direct mail. They are responsible for ensuring the machine produces high quality products at expected run speeds and that the equipment is properly maintained.

Here are a few key highlights of the job:


Operate Equipment

  • Perform machine operations to assist in meeting production deadlines
  • Run equipment at expected speed outputs while adhering to quality standards
  • Fix and adjust machinery when possible, perform preventative maintenance
  • Perform machine setups based on product type following company procedures

Production Assistance

  • Sort finished product according to USPS regulations - sort, tie, tray
  • Tag trays for mail processing as necessary
  • Stock machines with trays, sleeves, stamps, ink, and other needed supplies
  • Assist with hand fulfillment of jobs and other work that is non-machinable
  • QC, package and ship packages
  • Assist with production floor organization and cleanup


We expect all of our employees to adhere to our quality standards, work with others in a team-oriented environment, and show initiative wherever they can. Currently, there are 1st shift (5 am to 1:30 pm) and 2nd shift (1:30 pm to 10 pm) options available for you to choose from. Compensation for these shifts is as follows:


  • 1st shift: $18 - $24 per hour plus equipment differential*
  • 2nd shift: $20 - $25 per hour plus equipment differential*


This is a full-time position. Hours of work vary depending on the assigned shift. Saturday overtime is mandatory when needed.


*Equipment differentials are given per machine mastered.
